Full Grooms
The Dancing Hound offers three full groom packages. The first package, 'Luxury Bath', accommodates breeds that have smooth, short hair, such as smooth-coated Chihuahuas and Greyhounds. The second package, 'Bath and Trim', accommodates the grooming needs of dogs with ever-shedding coats, such as Australian Shepherds and Golden Retrievers. The third package, 'Bath and Clip', accommodates breeds with ever-growing coats, such as Shih Tzus and Doodles. Puppy grooms are available for dogs 5 months of age and under. All grooms are priced by breed.
Hand Stripping
Hand stripping is available for suitable breeds. The hand stripping price for all breeds is $1 per minute.
For dogs receiving 30 minutes or more of hand stripping, an add-on grooming package is available at a reduced rate. This grooming package includes a nail trim, paw fur trim, ear cleaning and plucking, bath, 'spa' facial scrub, conditioning treatment, hand fluff dry, and a cheerful grooming bow. Priced by breed.

Ear Cleaning and PluckingProtect your dog’s ears by keeping them clean and fresh. If your dog has a history of ear infection or irritation ask your vet if plucking or trimming the excess ear hair is the best option for your dog. $ 13.25 |

Hand StrippingAvailable for ‘rough’, and ‘wire’ coated breeds. The process of plucking dead hair from the coat so that a beautiful new hair can grow in its place. $ 1 per minute |

De-Matting / Matted Fur RemovalMats pose many health issues, and must be removed as soon as possible after they form. De-matting includes both clipping mats away, and picking them out by hand. Not all mats are possible to pick out. All matting cases will be assessed and discussed with the owner before any work is done. $ 1 per minute |

Flea BathMandatory when fleas present. If you suspect that your dog has fleas, please inform the groomer prior to the appointment. Dogs with fleas are bathed in a natural citrus (d-limonene) shampoo. The shampoo is pesticide-free, and safe for use on dogs of all breeds and ages. $ 25 |
Dog CareDog care (or sitting) is available by prior booking only before or after your dog's grooming appointment. If you require dog care be sure to indicate this when booking the appointment to ensure availability. All dogs left for dog care require a valid license. $ 10 per hour |
